The Community Cricket Program (CCP) is a cricket and leadership development program in Bhubaneswar, Odihsa for young people who have previously been part of PSD’s programs.

Since its inception in October 2022, the Community Cricket Program (CCP) has been engaging young people aged 12-16 years from Bhubaneswar’s slum communities, empowering them as gender-sensitive, socially-aware leaders and agents of change within their schools and communities, through their participation in cricket.
The CCP is a structured, mixed-gender intervention that uses cricket to develop life skills, enhance leadership abilities, and raise awareness on issues of gender and child rights.
